Nigerian singer and songwriter, Mayorkun has dropped his two cents on issue of depression and the main reason why people are going through depression.

In a video shared on his Instagram page, Mayorkun claimed that most of the times those who lament about being depressed and sad are not sad they just don’t have money.

According to the ‘Mama’ hitmaker, the money you have is not sufficient to do the things you want to do that is why you are sad.

Social media users have reacted to his assertion and many are not in support of it as they pointed out that some problems can’t be solved with money.
